ENTRY BY BOAT

At all times VPR “visual piloting rules“ should be used in The Bahamas.  The sand can move and channels can fill in.  The southern approach to Walkers Cay while shown on the chart with channel marks and a channel. Is not recommended to be used half the marks are missing and the chart depths are wrong.   WalkersCay plans on dredging that in the future but for now we do not advise going that way in any vessel other than a small tender.
