Can I own a slip at Walker's Cay Marina?
Yes. Many marina slips have already been reserved or sold, but opportunities still remain for qualified buyers. Availability changes regularly.
How large are the available slips?
Slip sizes range from 48 to 60 feet in length and can accommodate a variety of sportfishing yachts, center consoles, and cruising vessels. Additional larger, linear slip opportunities may be available depending on location within the marina.
Is the marina already complete?
Yes. The marina and core marine infrastructure are complete and operational. At capacity, the Walker's Cay Marina can hold more than 70 boats.
What ownership structure is used for marina slips?
Per Bahamian regulations, marina slip interests are structured through a long-term membership and lease arrangement designed specifically for Bahamian waters while providing the practical benefits associated with ownership.
Can slip ownership be transferred?
