Will there be accommodations available for visitors who do not own property?
Absolutely. Walker's Cay is being designed as a destination that can be enjoyed by owners, members, and guests alike.
Will the Marina Village be available for overnight stays?
Yes. Upon completion of Phase 2, the Marina Village cottages will be available as rental accommodations, along with year-round transient marina slip rentals.
Will there be other lodging options?
Yes. In addition to the Walker's Cay Marina Village, the west side of the island will feature 18 luxury waterfront pool villa suites available year-round.
