What phase of development is Walker's Cay currently in?
Walker's Cay has successfully completed Phase 1 and is currently midway through Phase 2 of the master development plan.
What was included in Phase 1?
Phase 1 included:
Construction of the new marina
Critical island infrastructure
Utilities and foundational systems
Runway improvements
Customs and arrival facilities
What is Phase 2?
Phase 2 focuses on the Marina Village and guest amenities, including:
Marina Village cottages
Food service offerings
Guest gathering spaces
Retail and service offerings
Additional resort amenities
The Marina Village cottages are have been completed offsite in Florida and will soon be transported to Walker's Cay for installation.
When will Phase 2 begin?
It is currently underway! The marina village cottages ae complete and being prepped to make their way over to Walker's Cay. The expected timeline for Phase 2 development is 8-12 months.
